- Memiliki pengalaman min. 3 tahun sebagai HRD supervisor
- Memahami peraturan perundangan ketenagakerjaan yang berlaku
- Diutamakan memiliki dasar pendidikan hukum
- Bertanggung jawab dan mampu menjaga kerahasiaan jabatan
- Mempunyai jiwa kepemimpinan yang baik, tegas dan berwibawa
- Mempunyai kemampuan berkomunikasi yang baik
- Mempunyai kemampuan menangani masalah dengan baik
- Intiatif, proaktif dan berpikir strategis
Deskripsi Pekerjaan:
- Rekrutmen dan seleksi
- Payrol
- Pembuatan sisdur dan KPI
- Pembuatan skema reward dan punishment
- Employee development
- Mampu membuat dan mengevaluasi draft perjanjian
- Melakukan fungsi general affair
