- Usia 20-30 tahun
- Pendidikan SMA/SMK-Diploma
- Pengalaman sebagai terapis 2 tahun (nilai plus jika ada sertifikat therapist)
- Berpenampilan menarik, sehat, mampu berkomunikasi dengan baik
- Tinggi badan minimal 160cm, berat badan proporsional
- Bersedia bergabung akhir Juni 2018
- Minimal bisa berbahasa inggris
