Syarat:

• Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree, any field.
• At least 5 years of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
• Preferably Manager specializing in Training for Sales - Financial Services (Insurance, Unit Trust, etc.) or equivalent.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to write reports and business correspondence.
• Must be comfortable managing communication and relationship with executive level contacts.
• Excellent presentation development and presenting skills.
• Full-Time position(s) available.

Deskripsi Pekerjaan:

• ABM is required to recruit for a branch that is the responsibility of relatives.
• Obliged to establish and build productive relationships and effective synergy with the partner bank is the responsibility of civil.
• Bank is obliged to assist parties, in increasing the number of Customer Base via Natural Markett
• Achieve FYP/month and ANP from the agreed targets.
• ABM to ensure conditions in a state conductive and responsible about anything that happens in your team and must finish it.
• Control and monitoring budget.
• Control and monitoring report of the BC, support to RBM (Regional Branch Manager)and the Board of Directors (BoD).
• If there is anything – anything else that is not listed in the annex to this but the RWM Desk Job is part of a Desk Job ABM, then it remains the responsibility of the brother who must run and well resolved
